Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the MIOS software platform ("Service"), provided by Mahati Innovations Private Limited ("Company"), by eye clinics, doctors, and hospitals ("Subscriber", "Client").
1. Accounts and Licensing
The Service is licensed on a recurring subscription basis according to the selected plan (Solo, Mid-Range, Enterprise). Licensing features (doctor limit, staff limits, facilities, storage boundaries) are enforced automatically. Exceeding limit boundaries requires an upgrade or add-on purchase.
2. Subscription Fees and Invoicing
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. All invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Failure to pay within 15 days of notice may result in the suspension of the Client's isolated database container. Annual subscriptions are paid fully upfront and receive a discount equivalent to 2 months.
3. Data and Systems Integrity
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring clinical record validity, prescribing accuracy, and compliance with the medical licensing board regulations of India. MIOS acts as a digital ledger and administrative assistant and does not verify medical decisions, doses, or ophthalmic diagnoses.
4. Service SLA & Backups
We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for all database containers. Daily encrypted backups of each isolated database are taken automatically and kept for 30 rolling days. In case of subscription termination, client databases will be packaged and provided as a SQL export within 30 business days, after which data is purged.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
