Common Questions
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. MIOS has ₹0 setup fee across all plans. You pay only the monthly subscription. Onboarding, data migration, and initial training are all included.
How is my patient data secured?
Each hospital gets a dedicated, isolated PostgreSQL database — your data is never co-mingled with other hospitals. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Can I use my existing domain or custom URL?
Yes. We provision a subdomain (hospitalname.mios.in) by default. Custom domains (e.g., hms.yourhospital.com) are available on Mid-Range and Enterprise plans.
Is NABH compliance built in?
MIOS is designed around NABH documentation requirements — audit logs, consent forms, critical value alerts, and medication administration records are all standard features.
Can I add more locations later?
Absolutely. You can add branches to your existing plan or upgrade. Each branch gets its own data isolation with optional shared inventory.
What support do you provide after go-live?
All plans include email + WhatsApp support. Mid-Range and above get priority response (< 4 hours). Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager.
Does MIOS work on mobile devices?
